tkabt Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tkabt platform, including all betting, casino gaming, payment, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tkabt platform — including but not limited to the website at tkabt.com, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all sports betting, casino gaming, and payment services offered therein — you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the tkabt platform. Continued access to any part of the tkabt platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players accessing the tkabt platform from Bangladesh, regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used. Players accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh are all subject to the same terms without exception.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tkabt. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these terms in full. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing this platform.

Access to the tkabt platform is strictly restricted to natural persons who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active tkabt account.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of a tkabt employee or business partner.
  • You must not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from tkabt or any affiliated platform and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.
  • You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that renders online gaming harmful to your personal or financial wellbeing at the time of registration.
  • You must register using your own true legal identity and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.

tkabt enforces the 18+ age requirement through date-of-birth verification at registration and through Know Your Customer (KYC) document checks at the point of withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document to complete KYC verification. Any account identified as belonging to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately without notice, and any funds held in such an account will be forfeited pending review.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active tkabt account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other fields marked as mandatory. tkabt reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time during the account's lifetime. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkabt account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with two-factor authentication. tkabt will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. You must notify tkabt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. tkabt cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, tkabt requires players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may include submission of one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, utility bill, or mobile financial service (MFS) account statement. KYC documents must be current, clearly legible, and match the information provided at registration. tkabt reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

  • KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.
  • Accepted identification documents include NID, passport, and driver's licence.
  • Address verification may be satisfied by a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days.
  • KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unedited digital copies.
  • tkabt will process submitted KYC documents within two business days.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

tkabt currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tkabt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed on the platform.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tkabt account instantly upon confirmation from the respective mobile financial service provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your account, depending on the originating bank and transfer method. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tkabt does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside tkabt's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay before 9:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any calendar day will be processed the same day, subject to completed KYC verification and no pending bonus wagering requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tkabt does not impose withdrawal fees on standard BDT transactions; however, tkabt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

4.4 Player Funds & Responsible Deposit Limits

Player funds deposited to tkabt are held separately from operational funds and are used exclusively for the settlement of player winnings and withdrawals. Players may set voluntary deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — directly within account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active, to provide time for reflection and protect against impulsive decisions.

Payment Security: All financial transactions on the tkabt platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. tkabt does not store full payment account numbers or mobile wallet PINs. Only the minimum information required to process transactions is retained, in accordance with the tkabt Privacy Policy.

tkabt offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made available.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page prior to the player claiming the offer. tkabt does not apply retroactive changes to wagering requirements on bonuses already claimed. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated on the promotion page; any unconverted bonus funds remaining at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 One Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active and subject to wagering requirements is not permitted. If a player attempts to claim a second bonus while a first remains outstanding, tkabt reserves the right to remove the second bonus and any winnings attributed to it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. tkabt reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings and to close accounts involved in confirmed bonus abuse without prior notice.

  • All bonus terms including wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum conversion caps are stated on the promotion page before claiming.
  • Certain games — including live casino tables and some slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero rate) toward wagering requirements; this is disclosed per promotion.
  • tkabt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and currently being wagered by players.
  • Players have the right to request that a bonus be removed from their account at any time, but any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited upon removal.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

tkabt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed permitted stake limits, bets placed on markets that have been suspended due to a technical error, or bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means. Odds and markets are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued to the player.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by tkabt where: the market was offered due to a technical or human error; the event was abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being declared; the odds at which the bet was placed were materially incorrect due to a manifest error; or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's tkabt account balance.

6.3 RNG Games & Slot Rules

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games — including slots, virtual table games, and instant games — on the tkabt platform use certified RNG software sourced from audited providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every RNG game is documented in the game information panel and represents the theoretical long-term statistical return over millions of game rounds, not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

6.4 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes in live casino titles are determined by real physical events — card draws, roulette spins, and dice rolls — conducted by qualified dealers under studio monitoring. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome as recorded by the game server at the moment of disconnection will stand as the official result. tkabt is not liable for losses arising from the player's own connectivity issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkabt platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and tkabt reserves the right to close the account permanently and forfeit all balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain; any winnings derived from a known exploit are subject to confiscation.
  • Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds, or using tkabt to move funds of illicit origin.
  • Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent account limits, exclusions, or KYC requirements.
  • Providing false identification documents or deliberately misrepresenting personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
  • Charging back any deposit via a payment provider after wagering those funds on the platform, commonly known as a "friendly fraud" chargeback.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing tkabt support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

tkabt cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any confirmed instances of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes originating from or associated with tkabt accounts.

8.1 Suspension by tkabt

tkabt reserves the right to suspend access to any player account at any time and without prior notice where tkabt has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account has been involved in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; the account's activity suggests fraudulent use, money laundering, or identity fraud; the account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or a legal obligation requires tkabt to restrict account activity.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their tkabt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing the closure request, tkabt will confirm the identity of the requesting player, settle any pending bets, and process any outstanding balance to the player's verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days of identity confirmation.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the tkabt platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of six months, twelve months, or permanently by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully suspended, login access is disabled, and all marketing communications are immediately ceased. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened or reversed before they expire. Upon expiry of a fixed-term self-exclusion, the account will not be automatically reactivated — the player must contact support to request reinstatement, and tkabt will apply a cooling-off assessment before restoring access.

All intellectual property rights in and to the tkabt platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logo, brand name, software code, database architecture, written content, game interfaces, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to tkabt and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkabt platform solely for personal, non-commercial online gaming purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the tkabt platform without the prior written consent of tkabt.

The names, logos, and game titles of third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are the intellectual property of their respective owners. tkabt uses these brands under licence and makes no claim of ownership over them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkabt, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the tkabt platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds due to your own failure to maintain account security or safeguard your login credentials.
  • Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond tkabt's reasonable control (force majeure).
  • Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the player's mobile financial service provider or bank, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner.
  • Losses arising from decisions made based on information, statistics, odds, or content displayed on the tkabt platform that contained errors later identified as the result of data feed failures from third-party providers.
  • Any tax liability incurred by the player on winnings received from the tkabt platform. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations under applicable Bangladeshi law.

tkabt's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to tkabt in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Risk Warning: Gambling involves financial risk. The value of bets can go to zero, and there is no guarantee of recovering funds wagered. tkabt strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose. Never gamble as a means of earning income or recovering financial losses.

tkabt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tkabt will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, will provide registered players with advance notice of significant changes via the registered email address on their account.

It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the tkabt platform after the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.2.

tkabt will not apply retroactive amendments to terms governing bonuses already claimed, bets already placed, or withdrawals already submitted and pending processing at the time the amended terms are published.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming platforms. Players accessing tkabt from Bangladesh do so on the understanding that the platform operates as a safe and reliable entertainment service and that these terms represent the complete agreement between the player and tkabt with respect to platform use.

12.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement between a player and tkabt, the player is encouraged to contact tkabt's support team in the first instance at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the outcome the player is seeking. tkabt commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to providing a substantive response within five business days.

12.2 Escalation

If a dispute is not resolved to the player's satisfaction through informal support communication, the player may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to tkabt's compliance team via [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". tkabt will review the escalated complaint and provide a final decision in writing within ten business days of receipt. tkabt's final decision on any dispute is binding on both parties in the absence of demonstrable error or fraud on tkabt's part.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the tkabt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the tkabt platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and tkabt with respect to your use of the platform. No verbal representation, sales communication, or informal undertaking by any tkabt employee shall modify or supersede the written terms published on this page.
